Hi!

My name is Heather Smith. I am married and have three amazing daughters that are all out on their own. I have an associates degree in early childhood, a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and my masters in education. I worked in education for 23 years. In that time I’ve had the honor of coaching teachers and coordinating family/school partnerships activities. After 23 years I felt God moving me in a different direction. I have worked for Tiny Timbers for 4 years now as a barista and wanted to commit more time to the vision here. I am still working with my school in the area of family/school partnership but am also very excited to take on this new adventure. Outside of work I enjoy hiking, camping, and playing with my pup.
