Spa treatments are available to any guests eighteen years of age or older. Nail services are available for children under 16 years of age when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled spa service. Services canceled under 24 hours in advance will be billed at their full price. No show appointments will also be billed at their full price.
Gift Cards for Spa services can be purchased at the Spa or online using our E-Gift option (check by the “Book Now” button at the top).
Please be advised, an 18% gratuity will be automatically added to your spa service bill.
We are a smoke-free and vape-free facility. Thank you for helping us to maintain both your experience and that of our other guests.
The Use of Electronic Devices
Please silence your cell phone upon entering the facility. We ask that you do not take photographs within the spa to protect the privacy of other guests.
When to Arrive
You may arrive up to one hour in advance of your service to check in, change into spa attire, and enjoy the relaxation room. To ensure that all guests receive the full time allotted for their scheduled service, if you arrive late your service will end at the scheduled time.
Items Important to You (Valuables)
We ask that you place your valuables in the locker we provide or your treatment room. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
For your enjoyment, we supply our guests with luxurious robes and sandals upon check in. Other amenities include showers, complimentary beverages, light healthy snacks and more.
Your Treatment Experience
Every guest has different preferences. For this reason, our therapists are specially trained to anticipate guests’ needs.
● For our guests who prefer to be fully undressed during treatments, our spa professionals are trained in proper draping techniques to assure your modesty and comfort throughout.
● If you are more comfortable, wearing undergarments is completely acceptable.
● Communicate your preferred pressure and technique during your massage services to your therapist.
● Your therapist can adjust the room music selection for you.
Special Services and Requests
We do our best to accommodate any reasonable request and make your visit the exceptional experience you expect. Please discuss any preferences or special needs with our spa staff prior to your visit. A preferred therapist should be requested when the appointment is made.
Your Health and Wellbeing in the Spa
Please inform us of any medical or special needs that may require our attention. You will be asked to fill out a Guest Intake Form online prior to your arrival. Please do so at your earliest convenience or you can fill it out at the spa before your appointment.
● Please do not shave prior to an exfoliating treatment of any kind.
● Please refrain from alcohol use prior to your spa service.
● Be mindful of sun exposure before and after any skincare treatment.
Taking Your Experience Home
Most products used in our spa treatments are available for purchase in our retail boutique. Your provider will make skin and body care recommendations to you. Please allow a few minutes after your service to peruse our take-home experiences.
