Hey everyone,

My name is Drew Smith and I’ve lived in the San Luis Valley all of my life. Entering into my senior year of high school I never would have thought that I would find my home so close to the place I grew up. I started baristaing at Tiny Timbers while I was in high school and continued full time throughout my gap year until being promoted to Business Manager and eventually, Resort Manager. I am currently going to school part time for my bachelor’s in accounting while also being mentored and trained by the owner as the bookkeeper, managing the lodging, and the gift shop. In my years of working at Tiny Timbers I have worn many hats from line cook to cleaner to groundskeeper and more, and while not every hat fit perfectly, I grew and learned so much as a person and employee as well as developed another level of understanding for what goes into making Tiny Timbers Resort run and operate in excellence. This job is proof of God’s goodness in my life and I am so thankful to be a part of His ministry here!
