Reservations and Payment
Full payment is required upon booking. We accept all major credit cards. 

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be given if canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received 14 to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refund given if canceled under 14 days prior to arrival. No refunds for early departures.


Guests may check-in any time after 4 pm on arrival date. Check-out is no later than 11 am. Failure to check-out by 11 am without prior approval will result in a fee of $50. We hope you understand this policy is to ensure that the unit is cleaned prior to the arrival of the next guest and that every guest finds their unit spotless and ready upon check-in.


Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in any cabin except Park Creek Tiny Home ($50 pet fee). An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged to any guest who violates this policy.


All units at Tiny Timbers Resort are 100% smoke-free from tobacco and marijuana. Any violation of this policy will incur an additional $200 cleaning fee. 


Unlike other similar lodging sites, we do not require an upfront damage deposit. However, registered guests will be held financially responsible for all damages to the property or items discovered missing after their stay. We will notify you within 24 hours of your check-out of any such damage or missing items.

Please keep objects and people out of ditch and creek.  There may at times be fish in our creek. There is ABSOLUTELY NO FISHING allowed. If using one of the fire pits, please extinguish completely with water before leaving the fire. Keep trash put away or thrown in our bear-proof dumpster to minimize wildlife encounters.

Units are thoroughly cleaned and stocked prior to your stay. We do not provide room service or cleaning services during your stay, unless otherwise arranged.
