Spanish Tapas are small plates made with quality ingredients that are meant to be savored and shared. Rather than ordering one large meal all at once, you order multiple tapas in a sort of al a carte fashion. Order one or two tapas enjoy the dish around the table, then order another, and another, just make sure you leave room for dessert!

Josep Grau Viticultor Montsant L'Efecte Volador
Josep Grau Viticultor Montsant L’Efecte Volador is a red blend that comes from Catalonia, Spain. Pairing well with beef, lamb, and pork, this red wine soars with aromas of red berries and macerated cherries, with a thrilling expression of Garnacha & Carignana that personifies its name, “The feeling of flying”. The fruit pops with structure on a lively mouthfeel, with subtle tannin and nuances of rosemary and violets.
Sierra Cantabria Seleccion Rioja
Sierra Cantabria Seleccion Rioja is an intense ruby red with an aroma of red fruits (strawberry) in good intensity in conjunction with spice, vanilla and oak notes. On the palate it is fresh, soft, balanced, with the fruit well integrated with the notes of oak, vanilla and light toast. This wine comes from Rioja Alta, Spain and pairs well with beef, lamb, and pork.
La Cana Albarino
La Cana Albarino is a white wine from Galicia, Spain. This is a vibrant Albarino with aromas of waxed lemons, thyme, fresh peaches, white pepper and grapefruit. Crunchy and zesty, with a medium body and delicious mineral undertone that pairs well with ceviche, seafood risotto, and goat cheese.
We also offer a variety of other wines, sangrias, beer, and local brews.
A Telleira Ribeiro
This Godello is a full and dry yet refreshing example of this noble Iberian white variety. A Telleira Ribeiro comes from Galicia, Spain and pairs well with shellfish, white fish, and prawns.
Tiny Timbers’ chef, Caitlyn Steffen, has been with us for over two years serving our fan favorites nearly everyday. This Tapas menu was beautifully constructed using her culinary education, years of experience, and pure creativity. She has included traditional Tapas as well as a few unique dishes with a Colorado flare. We are so excited to share it with you!
