Charity Legg
Esthetician
Hey there!
My name is Charity Legg and I’m currently one of the estheticians here at the Tiny Timbers Spa. I got my Esthetician license from the Denver School of Botanical and Medical Aesthetics. Before I got into aesthetics, I got my Masters in elementary education at Texas State University. After working in the field for five years and finding myself sick, with little to no doctor support, I decided to leave and pursue my passion in holistic health. I got my certification with the Nutritional Therapy Association and became a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. From there, I worked with Noom as a health coach. This job was amazing and provided an avenue for me to help others with their health in a holistic way. I was able to support so many people in finding the root cause of their issues and create behavior change from the inside out. I believe that everything in our bodies works together, inside and out. If we are taking care of the inside, we will see that shine on the outside. I love to help my clients with the basics such as hydration, sleep, nutrition, exercise and then in turn use that knowledge for skin health as well. If I’m not at work, you can find me hiking or camping with my husband & dog or baking all kinds of healthy goodies!
Best,
Charity Legg
